I just created my presentation for my live online workshop Healing the Mother Wound during the FREE Shadow Work Summit with The Witch of Lupine Hollow and the Empowered Witches Summit series with on September 25 at 4pm.

It’s time that we transform this pain so that we can heal and move onward and upward. As gently as a double Capricorn can, I will lead a heartfelt discussion and living ritual to address the Mother Wound. I will speak from my experience.

My maternal Mexican Nana Della died the month before I was born. My mother grieved as only a Latina can throughout my last month in the womb from November 14 to December 23, and for the first ten years of my life. I teach the workshops that I need to take. I lead the rituals that I need to transform me. My wild and crazy Leo Mama has been my biggest teacher on a long journey of healing. I am finally grateful for the experience of compassion, acceptance, and empowerment. The way over this bridge is shining a light on the shame until it disintegrates. This didn’t start with us.

I will include lunations for transforming pain carried through your matriarchal line. We will discuss modifcations for the “Bury the Hatchet” ritual that my mother and I created together from A Box of Magick to meet your relationship needs. We will also explore how the lessons from the Four of Cups can help you on this healing journey.

Bonus Feature for this event will include the guided Inner Child Mediation from the workshop designed to help you access the feelings around the Mother Wound. This visualization will realign the position our mother's hold in our psyche and allow the Goddess to take some of the space occupied by our human mamas.
